Refund policy

Changes or Cancellation of Orders

If you need to make changes to or cancel your order, please inform us either by email at info@sevenprintdesign.co.uk or by phone on 0800 193 7727 as soon as possible. If the production has not begun then changes or a cancellation can be made, unfortunately if the production process has started then no changes can be made and the order cannot be cancelled.

Damaged or Deffective items

If you recieve defective or damaged goods. please inform us within 48hrs of reciept of your order by sending us an email at info@sevenprintdesign.co.uk . We shall respond the same working day. Once we have verified the problem we shall then be able to offer you a reprint or refund.

Colour Accuracy

We shall reproduce colour from your submitted fils as accurately as possible, we do not guarantee exact colour or density matching, because of the limitations of  printing processes, the accuracy of color reproduction is not guaranteed. By placing an order with Seven Print & Design you agree to this limitation. We will try our best to match the gradient density of each color, but we accept no responsibility for color variations between submitted files and the final printed piece. Under no circumstances will a reprint be honored for color variations that have occurred during the printing process. We are not liable for color matching or ink density. On screen proofs that you approve. will show design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density accuracy as all monitors are callibrated differently, have different brightness settings and use the RGB colour space to reproduce colours and the print process uses the CMYK colour space for reproduction.

Designed and Submitted Files

Artwork designed by us.
If you choose to have us design your artwork, you willl recive with instructions on what we need to start the design process. Once we have completed your proof it will be emailed to you for approval. We will not start production until you have signed of on the proof. It is your responsibility to check layout, spelling and grammar.

Uploaded artwork.
Artwork uploaded must be set up tp our print ready specifications:

  • Files must be set up at the finished print size, including 3mm bleed on each side.
  • Files must set up at 300dpi for small format or 150dpi for large format.
  • Colour mode must be set to CMYK.

You are responsible for the checking of all spelling and grammar. We don npot proof read submitted files.

If we do spot any errors though we will contact you before printing.

Turnarounds

Our turnaround times are production days plus one shippng day.
We do not guarantee that all turnarounds shall be met. The following may affect turnaround times. artwork problems, machine breakdown, adverse weather conditions, courier vehicle problems. Seven Print & Design are not liable for any loss incurred due to late delivery of goods.

 Shipping

If we require you to return your goods, you should send them to: Seven Print & Design, Unit 14 Crebilly Business Park, Bog Road, Ballymena, BT42 4HH, United Kingdom

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
